I built this because I needed it
I’m a Marston’s CRP landlord in Washington, Tyne & Wear. Not a software developer. A pub landlord who was making financial decisions based on gut feeling and a bank statement that was always three days behind reality.
The bar was busy. The numbers felt okay. Then I started tracking properly — and I found £600 a month I was quietly throwing away.
A Wednesday evening shift was costing more in labour than it generated. Invisible in weekly totals. Obvious the moment I tracked it daily.
Real-time labour % visibility changed every staffing decision I made. On our turnover, that gap is the difference between a comfortable month and a difficult one.
I built Pub Command Centre because nothing like it existed for independent landlords. Agency software is £300+ a month and built for chains. Spreadsheets break. This doesn’t.
